Pre-book GP appointments - at Wye Surgery
This type of appointment is no longer available. But, if when you see/speak to your GP they want you to come for a future appointment, they will book it for you at that time.

Flexible pre-book appointments - within Ashford Clinical Providers
Evening, weekend and bank holiday Flexible pre-book appointments may be available at any of the GP practices within Ashford Clinical Providers. Phone us to book one of these appointments.

All other GP appointments - at Wye Surgery
Please phone us for an appointment during opening hours. One of our care navigators will assess your needs (in confidence) and arrange for a GP to phone you back, usually within the hour or later, at a time to suit you.

If your preferred/designated GP is available they will ring you back – if not, it will be one of our other GPs

During your telephone consultation, the GP will discuss your problem and agree what to do. You may only need advice or a prescription; or you may be offered an appointment which the doctor will arrange for you.

Alternatively, if you need non-urgent advice you can message our GPs using the online service askmyGP; our duty GP will respond to your health queries by email. (NB: AskmyGP is not a means of asking for an appointment; appointments can only be booked by phone.)
